Trick5 – How's Your February Push-Up Challenge Going?  – Trick5

We’re halfway through the month, so it’s time for another check-in. How are your push-ups?

Shit happens, so no judgment here if you couldn’t do every single day this month, or if you joined late. But if you’ve logged at least a few sets, weigh in. How’s it going? What progress have you noted?

I started out doing sets of five push-ups in the strictest form I could manage. I tend to let my hips dip too low, so I’ve made sure to do my push-ups with the correct pelvic tilt. It’s tough, but I’m making progress.

After a week, I was able to do sets of six instead of five. As of two days ago, I’m doing sets of ten. I’m now dreaming of what might be possible by the end of the month. A hundred over the course of a day, perhaps?
